Phspin Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phspin" refers to the online entertainment platform accessible via phspin.online, including all services, features, and content available on it.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account at phspin and is actively using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal user account registered on phspin using valid and unique personal information.
• "Account Balance" refers to the credit balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your phspin account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free tickets, or promotional benefits granted by phspin to members in accordance with the stipulated conditions.
• "Platform" refers to all websites, mobile applications, and digital interfaces operated by phspin.
• "Bet" refers to any funds used by a member to participate in games or betting activities on the phspin platform.
• "Result" refers to the final outcome of any game or wager as determined by the phspin system or the actual result of a sporting event.

Any term not defined in this section shall be interpreted in accordance with its context within this document and, where necessary, its commonly understood meaning in the online entertainment industry.

Phspin is an online entertainment platform operating for responsible adults. To register and use the phspin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or excluded from the phspin platform.
• Not act as a representative or agent for any third party while using phspin.
• Have an active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification.

Phspin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm member eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a MyKad, passport, or other valid identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at phspin. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During the registration process, you are responsible for:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active Malaysian phone number, and valid email address.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. phspin will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from disclosure of your password to another party.
• Notify phspin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.

Phspin uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that can be enabled in your account settings. We strongly encourage all phspin members to activate this additional security feature to protect their accounts.

All financial transactions on phspin are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). phspin supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed beyond the limits set by your own payment provider. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal processing times are:

• DuitNow: 5–20 minutes

Phspin does not charge any fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond phspin's control. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms of their respective payment providers.

Phspin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The general conditions applicable to all phspin bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
• Phspin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted should there be evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire and cannot be recovered.
• Bonus funds may only be wagered on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Certain games, such as lottery or Sports Betting with high odds, may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements.

Phspin offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, baccarat, Sports Betting, e-sports, match odds, and lottery. Each category has its own specific rules available on the respective game pages. The following general rules apply to all games on phspin:

• All casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified as fair. These results are final and cannot be disputed.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, results are based on the actual outcome of events as verified by official sources. In the event of a dispute, phspin will refer to recognised official information sources.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, phspin will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets may be refunded to the player's account balance.
• All times on the phspin platform are based on Malaysian Time (GMT+8). Lottery draws and Sports Betting market closures are also based on Malaysian time.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the phspin system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

For 4D lottery games, draws are held every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in accordance with the set schedule. Ticket purchases close 30 minutes before draw time. For Mega Lottery 6/49 and Toto Cepat, the respective schedules and closing times are stated on the relevant game pages on the phspin platform.

To ensure a fair and safe gaming experience for all phspin members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity without their consent.
• Multiple Accounts: Holding more than one active account on phspin, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using dishonest methods to claim bonuses, including opening multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain the welcome bonus.

By using the phspin platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All betting and gaming activities on phspin involve financial risk. You bear full responsibility for your own gaming decisions and any losses that may result.
• Phspin does not guarantee winnings in any game. All games are based on chance and outcomes cannot be predicted.
• Phspin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Phspin is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.

Where phspin is found liable for any claim, phspin's maximum liability is limited to the amount you have deposited into your phspin account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability provision does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Malaysian law and cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.

Termination by Member: You may close your phspin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@phspin.online. Before the closure is processed, any net balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method.

Termination by phspin: phspin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from legitimate authorities in Malaysia
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Self-Exclusion: phspin supports a self-exclusion programme for members who need a break from gaming. You may apply for a temporary (1–6 months) or permanent self-exclusion via your account settings page or by contacting our support team. During the exclusion period, you will be unable to access the phspin platform and all promotional communications will be suspended.

Phspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect after adequate notice has been given to members.

Phspin's amendment notice procedure is as follows:

• An email notification will be sent to your registered email address at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect for material changes.
• In-platform notices will be displayed on the login screen and in your account notification centre.
• For minor amendments that do not affect players' fundamental rights, a 7-day notice is sufficient.

Continued use of the phspin platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and reclaim your net balance.

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and phspin and governs your relationship with the platform in its entirety.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled through a mutually agreed arbitration process under applicable Malaysian law. The language used for all official communications and dispute proceedings shall be Malay or English.
